A 6-week program for the mom-to-be who:
wants to take a proactive role in their pregnancy
is hungry for knowledge beyond just the exercises
always prided themselves in "listening to their body" but is now questioning what to listen for
Core Before is designed to teach you how to listen to your body and address the postural changes that occur during pregnancy. Each session includes a 40-minute movement class followed by a 20-minute Q & A with a variety of prenatal experts.
