I REMEMBER WHAT IT FEELS LIKE WHEN YOU'RE AFRAID TO TRUST YOUR BODY
When I got pregnant the first time, I had 27 years of ballet training and 12 years of Pilates experience under my belt. I STILL questioned my ability to know what was best for my body.
I had also started grad school the month before so any chance I got, I was diving into the research surround pre & postnatal exercise (my program was Kinesiology with a focus in human movement dysfunction, so don't worry - it was relevant!)
Since then I've earned numerous pre & postnatal exercise certifications, finished that master degree with a 4.0, and had a second child.
