Adjusting to a new baby is hard. That's why I created Core Restore Virtual.

A 10-week program (postpartum weeks 3-12) consisting of two 10-15 minute videos per week:

  • one to stretch and release,

  • the other to reawaken and strengthen.

Know Your Changing Body

A 6-week program for the mom-to-be who:

  • wants to take a proactive role in their pregnancy

  • is hungry for knowledge beyond just the exercises

  • always prided themselves in "listening to their body" but is now questioning what to listen for


Core Before is designed to help you train for birth. When your body is aligned, baby can be aligned, and you are more likely to achieve the birth outcome you desire!

Each session includes a 40-minute movement class followed by a 20-minute Q & A with a variety of prenatal experts.
